Women's Self Defense is a course to build confidence, to learn how to defend yourself with your hands and with items you may have on hand, and to put it into practice. Come and learn from our safe and skilled instructors. Come to the class one time or come many times, no matter how many times you come you will learn more skills to add to your "toolbelt"!
