The class teaches the proper way to way to punch. From creating a fist all the way through learning how to properly punch. The course covers proper body mechanics of delivering a solid punch. The idea is to show the students the most effective and safest way to deliver punches on an opponent with speed and accuracy. Covering Jabs, Cross, Hooks and back spin punches.
