Service Description

This course provides the student with instruction for handcuffing techniques. This class provides the student with instruction on how to quickly, safely and properly place a subject into handcuffs as well as how to safely remove handcuffs. The student will learn the safety, balance and economy of motion thus protecting them from excessive use of force incidents.
